Wow, that sure is a lot of money that's being shelled out. Let's get these lands restored and put the money to good use. Build, build, build, till you can't build no more! similar to Hoover's "Grow, grow, grow!" (Well I was going to cite that quote but I can't find the dang page number that it's from). :)

They are putting a lot of money in Katrina's restoration. As long as they actually restore the land! The land is the most important part and, they have ruined it in the years previous, and want to ruin it again.
