Yes it is! Like in the Australia Dust Storm.. from the outside, the dust was reddish but once they drove into it.. it was pitch black... it would be scary to live in a place where dust stroms were every day occurances :-/
It is amazing and scary all at the same time. It is also heartbreaking to see people discriminating against people because of their race, like they aren't worth being saved.
People can be so cruel sometimes to those who are in need of rescue or help. And yes i agree with what JIH had to say, to discriminate and decide that some people arent worth saving, it's terrible.
